Chef Andy Britton

Our chef’s CV is rather impressive. Having joined us from the Marriot Royal in Bristol, where he was Executive Head Chef, Andy Britton brings the kind of creativity and quality you would expect from a top restaurant.

Andy’s achievements include winning Bristol Chef v Chef twice, reaching the regional finals of the Roux Scholarship and representing Great Britain in competitions in Malta, Luxembourg and Guernsey. He has trained with world-renowned chefs including Albert Roux, Michael Caines and Michael Kitts.
